How to Draw Electric Lines & Green Belt

Electric Line​

Steps​

  1. Navigate to Electric Line.

    1. Select Create Entities in the Ribbon.
    2. Search For Electric Line.

  2. Drafting:

    1. Choose either Polyline or Rectangle to create an entity.
    2. Entities drawn must be closed polylines in __BN_ElectricalLine layer.
    3. Once the entity is created, a name label will automatically appear at its center.

  3. Marking

    1. Select Guided Marking in Ribbon.
    2. Search for Electric Line.
    3. Choose the appropriate Electrical Line Type from the dropdown in the form:
      1. ELECTRIC_TOWER_LINE
      2. HIGH_TENSION_ELECTRIC_LINE
      3. LOW_TENSION_ELECTRIC_LINE
    4. Click "Save and Next Unmarked" after selecting the type.

Drawing Conventions​

  • Electric Line must be drawn within the __BN_SitePlan accurately representing the distance from building.

Checkpoints​

  • Ensure the electric line is accurately drawn and marked as per the reference plan.

Validations​

  • All required fields for Electrical Line polylines must be marked.
  • Electrical Line polylines must be within a Site Plan polyline.
  • Electrical Line should be encompassed by a green belt.

Green Belt​

Steps​

  1. Navigate to Green Belt.

    1. Select Create Entities in the Ribbon.
    2. Search For Green Belt.

  2. Drafting:

    1. Choose either Polyline or Rectangle to create an entity.
    2. Entities drawn must be closed polylines in __BN_GreenBelt layer.
    3. Once the entity is created, a name label will automatically appear at its center.

Drawing Conventions​

  • Green Belt must be drawn within the __BN_SitePlan and encompassing an __BN_ElectricalLine.

Checkpoints​

  1. Verify that the green belt is correctly positioned and follows the electric line area.
